Experience

  • Must have:
  • Proficient with C++ & python Threaded applications and DBUS calls
  • Docker or similar containerization technologies (podman, LXC)
  • Used to work with automatic code testing solutions for TDD (GoogleTest or pytest)
  • Proficient with code versioning tools (Git)
  • Used to Agile methodology prioritization of tasks (scrum)
  • Used to embedded system programming and delivering performance optimized applications
  • Fluent in english

  • Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of Golang
  • Knowledge of network libraries like bluez & NM, MM, libqmi, libmbim
  • Knowledge of linux device drivers & device trees
  • At ease with Edge computing solutions such as light weight inference engines

Responsibilities

  • Support the IoT team in delivering performance and size optimized Linux applications
  • Help improving the AELER IoT applications impact on system autonomy
  • Contribute to the development of new embedded application(s)
  • Ensure the deployed applications are up to industrial standards by enforcing a proper TDD approach wherever possible
  • Contribute to the definition of the next features pipeline
